Access Statement

Rose Villa is a working farm offering a unique and immersive countryside experience. We warmly invite our guests to explore the farm surroundings and enjoy the natural beauty and tranquility of rural life. However, as this is a working farm, we kindly ask that all guests take care and remain vigilant at all times to ensure their safety.

Convenient Location

Hereford is conveniently located just 5 miles away, making it easy to use public transport for your travels. A regular bus service stops right outside the farm entrance, connecting you directly with Hereford’s train station. From there, you can travel to a variety of destinations across the region and beyond.

Check-In and Check-Out

Standard check-in times are from 3 pm, and we ask that guests check out by 10 am. If you require different times, please don’t hesitate to contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Parking Instructions

You will find Rose Villa in the center of Marden, opposite the European Mini Market, Chiropodist, and the Old Pierogi Bakery. Look for the sign saying ‘Rose Villa’ on a large black Dutch Barn. Drive up the lane next to the barn and continue around it into the farm courtyard. Parking is available on the stoned area at the far end.

Gardens and Outdoor Amenities

Guests are welcome to use the picnic benches provided and stroll around the gardens. Our garden features a variety of fruit trees, and you are encouraged to help yourself to the seasonal fruit.

For those who enjoy outdoor cooking, BBQ equipment is available upon request during the summer months.

Pet Policy

We are happy to welcome your dogs at Rose Villa. For the safety and comfort of all guests and to protect our livestock, please keep your dog on a lead and under control at all times. We also request that you clean up after your dog and use the bins provided.
